CARROT CAKE

Ingredients:

• 2 cups all purpose flour
• 2 cups cake flour
• 4 pieces whole egg
• 2 tsp cinnamon powder
• 4 tsp baking powder
• 2 tsp baking soda
• 1 tsp vanilla
• 1 tsp salt
• 1 cup crushed pineapple with syrup
• 2 cups oil
• 2 cups sugar
• 4 cups grated carrots
• 1 cup peanut / walnut (toppings)

• Measuring spoons
• Spatula
• Sifter
• Wooden ladle
• Round baking pan
• Mixing bowl
• Baking sheet
• Wax paper
